Pretty

Well, there really hasn't been too many pretty skies at night, I was just lucky enough to catch this one last week before the rains came in and ruined it.   Not much going on.  The Amish are doing the roofs on our house, being as they leak like crazy when we get any kind of pouring, driving rain.  The other night we had one, and it leaked and I had to go and get the pans!  So, hopefully by the end of the week we will be nice and buttoned up again!  Have a good day.

Wow, awesome shot! Our roof leaks a little too, but only with a driving rain from the west. Since it's a rental, I don't think the landlord is too worried about it. I've only had to bring the pans out once in the 2 years we've been here.

That is a beautiful picture!
And I know about leaky roofs. Before we put the new roof on a few years ago I was searching for pots and pans every big rain.

I know you will be so thankful to have that new roof.
Have a great week.

We had to do the maine roof a few years ago because it was leaking so bad in the son's room upstairs now the additions decided that it was their turn to leak. So, now the whole house will have new roofs on them.

threecollie,
I am glad, I had over 8 and a half dozen in the frig and I told Alan not to forget them. Enjoy!

We had to get our roof done last year, all that rain was too much for it, so we should be good for a long time now.

That's a great capture! Love how the jet streams have criss crossed.

We need a new roof too; we're not to the leaking stage, but it's loosing lots of shingles when we get the big winds. John just keeps nailing new one's up...but one of these days...
