Happy Birthday!

Today is the hubbies birthday and he is the best! I am prejudice though, he makes me feel beautiful everyday even though I don't think so and he works hard to give us the life that we do have and I want to let him know that I really appreciate him for what he is and I wouldn't change him for the world!

Let me tell you a story, we have been married now for 24 years as of last Monday and the daughter had brought me flowers and a card and the card said Lisa on it and I had asked her "why she was putting Lisa on the card instead of mom" she said read the card and I opened it and it was an anniversary card. The husband had her go to town and buy the flowers and card for him and give them to me (he was in NC) . This was three days after our anniversary mind you! I read the card and he had apologized for forgetting our anniversary and I started laughing because I had forgotten it TOO! I called him and thanked him and told him I forgot too, we could not believe that both of us forgot! I did go out and buy him a new wedding band though! So, he forgave me too :) We just feel so comfortable with each other that everyday is like the very first day we met and we know we have lots more days to come!

So, with all the mushy stuff done I will say Happy Birthday to the man of my dreams! Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Happy Birthday! I had finished dinner one night and sat down to read something and my three year old son came by, and said "Dad, Mom says to tell you 'Happy Anniversary'. I was so small at that moment, haven't forgotten since - but the only answer to how long have you been married? Every day of it. Thanks and hope that farm in progress grows as well as the family it sustains.

Happy birthday!
That's funny that you both forgot your anniversary- the same thing happened to me and Ted a few years ago.
We both need new wedding rings, mine broke and Ted's is so thin it's ready to break too. We plan on getting them melted down and remade in a different style.

Happy Birthday, Matt!

I don't know you, but I figure that, at the very least, you must have terrific genes. If you're just a fraction of the person your sister is, you're several cuts above average. I love the way you all express your affection for each other.

Have a great year!

Happy Birthday Matt, Happy Anniversary Both of You.
We are so proud of you all, and love you all so much.
There are many things in life we have never had, never will have, never wanted, but God has blessed us with wonderful children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. What more can anyone ask for but a talented and loving family?
Love to you all.
Mom and Dad

That's a wonderful story and a good man you've got there. I know how you feel, too. It was 22 years married for my hubby and I this past May and he's working hard in Phoenix now so we can keep the life we have...and not have to move there in that wretched heat. God must have a very special place in heaven for such good men, don't ya think?

Happy Birthday to your hubby and Happy Anniversary, too.

~Lisa
