Shoulder Arthroscopy, Removal of Bone Spur (Subacromial Decompression)

This is what was done to my shoulder.

I watched the whole thing..I figured if you had it done I could watch! I am sure that physical therapy will hurt some..but the pain should not be excruciating..when I hurt my shoulder and had a bunch of bursa acting up the PT guy told me that it might be uncomfortable but not so painful I couldn't stand it. I still do those exercises once in awhile.
The good news for you is that in a few weeks you will be all better!! :)

eww! reminds me of when they had the show "operation" on TV. Kinda neat how they just shave it off. Amazing how quick it is. Now just the physio and you will be better than new!

So you had a bone spur? I wonder if that is what my problem is, it's been going on for 4 years so you'd think if it was just rotator cuff strain it would be long gone by now. Cool video!
