I am still here!

This is the last project that I have just finished.  The niece wanted a rug to go in the front of the crib so she didn't have to stand on a cold floor when she went to get the baby.   It wasn't very large but it fit perfectly in front of the crib.  I have to wind a warp to do the wash or dish cloths for the towels that I just completed.  Then I will be winding a warp for the coverlet samplers that I will be doing.  I know it does not tell you what that is but I will make sure that I post the pictures of what I am doing.  I will be having the son video tape me on the process of getting a project going and what it entails.

Not much else has been going on.   The same thing goes on from day to day.  Chores, pick-up house, doing errands, weaving and so forth.  We had a few days of 47 to 50 degree weather with some rain.  Now it is cold again and calling for snow showers.

Take care and have a great week.

When I read this I was wondering what the heck you meant by winding a warp, so I'm happy to read that you are going to be doing a video explanation of it.
I started using my towels and love them!

Yes, I will explain in more detail what winding a warp is. I am so glad that you are using them. They last and are wonderful. I am still using the very first towels that I ever wove for myself!

What a wonderful gift! I'm sure she will be so blessed by it (and thanks you as she picks up the baby so many times a day!)
