I forgot to put a towel on the top of the bread while it was raising. Where is the BOWL!I didn't think about how the yeast would react in the summer time! Needless to say, it raised really well for me! I now have muffin top bread. I usually don't make bread during the summer months. The hubby asked me to make some for the vacation at the lake. So, I made bread. I will remember next time to cut back on the yeast, just a tad.
