Rain today, not all the cold yet. Supposed to get down in the 50's and pretty much stay that way for the next foreseeable future. Which is not all that bad, yet. I am not looking forward to the real cold temps.

Good thing it was pretty! For such a long hike that is. Love the red color, we dont get much of that here, more yellows and oranges. And that cool leaf with the colored veins.
I am loving your photos from the trip! Wish I was sprier, but I don't know if I could EVER have made that climb, even when young.
