I planted this last year and it was small, now it has grown twice the size it was before.

Riding lessons, going great.  It is funny how some days I have great balance and others not so much.  Helen said that everyone should at least try to ride bareback at least a couple of times a week.  I have heard, that you should learn how to ride with a saddle, then bareback.  Some of these clinicians and trainers get you confused about, what is right and what is wrong. Uggggggg!  I have one or two that I like and I take a little bit of knowledge from several different clinicians.

Hard to believe that the summer season is just about over and things start to settle down, after Monday's holiday.   Then, everyone is going to be going crazy trying to get things done for winter, like us!   It has been nice having the slightly cooler weather!   Not the 90 degrees and the humidity!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Lovely hollyhocks!
I take little bits from each clinician and use what works for me. Not a fan of thinking that every program is the be all and and all of horsemanship, even though they like to market themselves as though they have the best way.

I agree, Shirley, I unfortunately, learned that the hard way.
