Lilac

This is our new Lilac Tree that we planted last year and I was really surprised to see blossoms on it! You all have a wonderful day.

I love lilacs. We don't have any growing in our yard, but there are lots of them around town. I have a big bouquet on my kitchen table.

So pretty! Ours are about done already, but one thing to be said for this long, cold spring is that they lasted longer than usual. Hope you guys are doing all right.

We have lilacs about ready to bloom, but they don't look nearly as healthy as yours. Ours are much more a bush that gets worn down ever winter.

Enjoy! We are on the verge of summer. :)

Blossoming already? That's great! It likes it where you planted it I guess.

Mmmm! I've not smelled a lilac bush since I grew up in Maryland more than 35 years ago. I can still remember the scent. My step grandmother had two huge ones...taller than 6 ft, on either side of her screened porch. Sitting inside that porch smelled heavenly!

Enjoy your beautiful lilacs!

Lovely. Mine is about 1/3 the size of yours and it's been in the ground two years!! What do you feed yours?

Looks good! It is a very good color..almost white. The other night we went outside and the air was filled with the fragrance of Lilacs..and the nearest lilac is a half mile away:0
