Rain

We are under a severe thunderstorm watch along with having hail and winds in excess of 60 miles an hour! I just about wanted to get the old bathing suit on and go out and get wet! The nice cool breeze along with the rain feels great! I did refrain though. The garden was actually getting a little dry and it was nice to see the rain but I can do without the high winds! Hope you all had a great day.

I'd take the rain too but not the wind. Give Matt a birthday hug;)))

Wow, what a storm! I don't mind rain, but i do not like wind!

We had a summer storm here yesterday, but not like the one you had! Summer rain is unusual in So Cal, but we do get it occasionally here in the mountains.

As usual, my timing was off. I'd not watered on Tue, and things were dry. We'd had a little rain, but not enough to make a difference. I spent about half an hour watering and carrying buckets. An hour later we got a good, steady rain that lasted a couple of hours! I got about 7 gallons of runoff to use later, so my plants were well watered yesterday!

Glad you got a cool breeze with it too. :)

We're celebrating my sis-in-law's BD out here on Cape Cod today! Seems some very special people arrived in July.

We'll lift a glass to you, too :-)

Yay for rain!

We had our first monsoon rain a couple days ago and it was pure bliss!
