The family picnic was fantastic. Everyone brought a dish to pass and the food was just delicious and more than enough of it to go around. The hubby and his cousin did the roasting! Not to brag, but I did the BBQ sauce and everyone loved it wanted my recipe for it. I don't know if I want to give it out now, everyone told me I should bottle it and sell it. Maybe I should keep it to myself and do just that! We did have a wonderful day for it that was for sure, it rained a little bit but not enough to ruin the party and it was only around for a short period of time!

Hopefully you copied down your recipe. My problem always seems to be that I add a little of this and a little of that and then can't remember later what I added and how much, so it's next to impossible to duplicate. lol!
