As you can see the cooker worked fantastically!  The chef did a great job with the pork.  All I did was make the rub and the BBQ sauce, Matt did all the cooking and he did a great job, it was a hit and we maybe having a side job next summer doing parties, who knows!

We were up by 3:50 and had the pork on the grill by 5:30, then the hubby made us breakfast on the grill.  The bride and bridegroom joined us.  It started out being a pretty drizzly day and not a nice day but the weather was the only problem the rest of the wedding was just a beautiful affair!   I was lucky enough to be asked to fill in for one of the bridesmaids that couldn't make it!

We were pretty tired by Saturday night and then Sunday was clean up day and trying to get some stuff done at the farm.  I got all my house plants brought into the house and the hubby and son got the wood stove going for the first time this year.

Hope you all have a great day.

Looks great- mmmmmm! Glad you had a good time.
I was seriously thinking of firing up my wood stove this morning but opted for the propane furnace instead.

WOW!!It's morning and I'm hungry....
How are you, how's school? We're starting to stack firewood, but it's to be 102 today, so no fires for awhile......

Now I am hungry! The Pork looks really good! I am sure you could cater parties and weddings.
The wood stove already..must be cold and dampish there. We are still okay..have not started ours yet. We had 80 degrees on Sunday ..but it will cool off one of these days..:)
