Ice anyone?

You can tell it is colder than a witches ......!  The horses are in the shed and they usually don't go in the shed unless it is really, really cold, its raining buckets or the wind is blowing 50 miles an hour.  We have had below    0 for the last couple of nights and a high of 9 degrees today and not a whole lot warmer tomorrow.  It has been a while since we have had these temps.    I think the snow is here to stay, flurries just about everyday and Friday they are calling for some accumulation, unless they change it before then, which knowing the weather men that is a possibility also!

Had my first day of school today and I was smart and read all my first chapters for my classes ahead of time.  I have a feeling though, that I won't stay ahead of the game for long!  Can't really tell for sure how the subjects will go yet.  I do like all my professors so, I guess that is a plus.   Just the fall semester after this one and I will have my associates in Business Administration.  I am actually glad that I see the end coming.  If I decide to go on to get a higher degree; I think most of my schooling will be done online at this point.

The hubby is coming home Thursday.  He will be home until Monday.  I told him to get ready for the weather.   He is going to have to get used to being back in the winter and not having that lovely 80 degree weather.  When he steps off that plane it will be coming back to the real world.   ;~)

Hope you all have wonderful evening.

What a great photo. Looks icy cold!
The shed is interesting in that they have to step up into it.
Good luck with your new classes. Sounds like you are well prepared.

My hubby is still working and commuting between New Mexico and Arizona every week. Temps have been in the 80's in AZ, while we've had below zero. It's been quite a temperature shock for him to get used to.
This week we're having a wonderful warm spell, though, with temps in the 50's, so he won't have to deal with such extreme temp changes. lol!

We had those terrible storms for about three to four weeks not long ago...it didn't seem like they were ever going to leave. I hope our warmer weather heads to you, we are supposed to drop to bitter cold again on Wednesday.
