Just a hanging

I posted pictures on Facebook Sunday.  I did not get to show the actual hanger, that the hubby made me.  He did such a great job.  I wanted to display the scarves without having to take the whole table up.  Now I can.  I didn't make a ton of profit, but I did pay for my table and  a little bit more.  My daughter, Tawny helps me out at the shows.  We were there from 11 to 4, so it didn't hardly pay for my time.  The biggest thing that helps is it gets my name out there and hopefully generate a little bit of business.  I have another show this coming Sunday and it is supposed to get a lot more people going through.  So, hopefully I sell a little bit more.  I realize that I need to make a lot more towels and washcloths.  They are a little less expensive and therefore sell better.

I am spending most of my week out in the barn weaving, and then towards the end of the week it is time to come in the house and clean.  We are having our engine club Christmas party at my house. (which means, I have to clean, YUCK)

Hope you have a great week.

Super hanger! Great job. Hope you sell a lot more at the next show. Getting you name out there is important. Love the owl too.

It takes a while to get a new business going! Love that hanger, looks like a great display piece:)

Thank you, he did a great job. I got the hanger owl at Rite Aid Pharmacy. It works well. Makes the scarves a little crowded but does the job.

You sound like me when it comes to cleaning, my least favorite job around. I like the hanger too nice job. And it sure helps getting your name out there, and those who buy the cheaper towels and stuff will probly be back for the other stuff later on :)
