Sunshine

Today is a very beautiful day!   The sun is shining and lots of signs of spring!  I saw a Robin and heard the Killdeers this morning!    Nothing is better than walking out the door and seeing the sun shining and hearing the animals ready for their breakfast!

I am taking the son shopping.  I promised him that I would take him because I always take the daughter and never him and he wanted to go (don't get me wrong he is all boy and the only thing he really wants is new cloths!)  I asked him if he wanted me take him and he said, I have cloths that fit, I don't need new one, Mom.  Then in the next sentence he told me that he wouldn't mind getting some new socks and other personal things!   So, off we go just him and I.  I don't mind going but just the thought of driving for an hour and then shopping most of the day and driving back.  I do have an agenda though ,  I need a new pillow, a new comforter for our bed.   Hmmmm, did I say that I hate shopping ;)

Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Our weather is looking like that, too. The trillium is up but not blooming, the tulips are pushing their way up but a ways from blooming. The wild onions in the yard are up, too. I think it won't be long until the fruitless plum is blooming and the maple leaf out. But where we live, it can snow just about any time of the year, so we may not be out of it yet. This week was particularly warm and the 8 inches of snow we got is about all gone now.

Oh! A new comfortor! You'll have to share pics! Hope you have fun with your shopping. I'm not a big shopper these days either, but something to brighten a room is always fun. :)

Oh well, at least you get to spend some quality time with your son. Nice to see the signs of spring at your place!

I like the pics of green growing! Should be good to spend time with the son even if you are shopping.
