These are just a few of the wild flowers that I saw and took pictures of.  The second one is Chicory and I think it is one of my favorite!  This last one, I have no idea what it is just that I thought it was pretty.  I also came across a dead tree that only the trunk was left and the Woodpeckers were having a field day with putting holes in it!
We are off to NJ for the hubbies company picnic, they are having it at a lodge that has tons of different activities, most of which will be a little hard for me to participate.  It will get me out of the house and that is good enough for me!  The boring part is the long four hour ride down and then of course the ride home.  Hope you all have a great day!

Pretty flowers..I like Chicory too the color and the notched petals..we don't have that plant in my area of Minnesota...so it is fun to see! I hope you enjoy your day away..long drive:(

I love Chicory also. When it starts to appear I know summer is coming to a close here in our part of Colorado.

Your photos are beautiful!!!
I know the physical therapy "SUCKS" but you will be amazed how well it works. I didn't have to have surgery because of it..... I was lucky.... Wish we had some of your rain.
