Saturday I did broccoli and cauliflower.  My second batch.  Today I went out and picked more beans and beets.  Tomorrow is a day that will be filled with canning the beans and pickling the beets.  I found that I love my beets pickled and I even heat them up for a vegetable at dinner time. So, now I don't make any other beet except for pickled.

How did you "did" them? Blanched and frozen?

Yes, that is how I do the broccoli, cauliflower, and beans.
